Great job slo poke. HAHA. You are going to do great. I lost 130 lbs and started running. Finished lots of marathons now. I am very slow though. No biggy. Great blog

The results of this body / mind therapy include relief from anxiety, habits and addictions, patterns and cycles of self-sabotage, and dissociative behaviors. It brings on a sense of reawakening and access to instincts which illicit feelings of groundedness, centeredness, boundaries, empowerment, being “in the moment”, safety and joyfulness. Hope you enjoy this site and have a healthy living.
